RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• We only accept shoe returns.
• Shoes must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. If the return does not meet that requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund. Our Dressmeindesigner tag must be attached to receive a full refund.
• Shoes must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
• Dressmeindesigner is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At 

Dressmeindesigner, all items are new or pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.
